This versatile machine developed once again by our R & D team at 2M ENGINEERS,BANGALORE, INDIA is unique in nature having 4 head simultaneously producing 2 ply coir yarn in 4 bobbins in a single machine. Uniqueness of this machine is it can produce any variety of coir yarn from loose twist to hard twist and thick or thin ranging between 3 mm thick to 8 mm thick. Production capacity is 20 Kilos per hour and is operated by single person and is having a complete electric control panel with variable speed control drive for variety adjustment for loose or hard twist coir yarn. Different varieties will have different production capacities. Advantage of this machine is lesser production cost, low labor cost, power saving, space saving etc., This machine is first of its kind in coir sector and is patent pending. Interesting machine, but as usual no regard is given to the health and safety of people. Open gears, spinning equipment, loose poking objects on the floors, flimsy stands.. it’s a wonder if no one has been injured

I have a question Sir Shayer. Are the coconut fibers treated with chemical before undergoing nonwoven process? Thank you so much!
thanks for your response sir, coconut fiber need not be treated with any chemical only fresh cleaned fiber is enough for the non woven process, if you want to rubberised it after the sheet making then compounded latex rubber has to be used for the process
